Discounts the Buy-back Value NPV at this rate instead of the SolarAMC IRR, on every model. A proposal's own Control Panel (Discount Rate Basis / Custom Rate) still overrides this.

Register a BD partner. An invitation email with a portal link is sent automatically — they click it, verify their CAN number, and set up their login.
